Is there one you'd recommend, or how would I go about picking one? Do they all have everything, or does it depend on what shows/movies I'm interested in?

I've heard of them but I admittedly shyed away from them since I'm not familiar with how they work. Are they free like torrents or do you need to pay to access them?

I've been trying to switch over to the arr stack, and for anything new it's great, but my girlfriend likes to watch some older obscure stuff (previous Halloween Baking Championship for example) which I'm having a hard time finding. Lots of stalled torrents, etc. Maybe I just need to get into some private trackers, but there is still some things that stream wins out for currently for us.

The company that bought SO years ago has been making a bunch of shitty decisions since they bought it. Then LLMs happened and traffic continued to decline, and they been panicking since. This redesign is half baked at best and is being pretty heavily rejected by the community they have left.

Personally I'd start checking out alternatives, as the company is starting to lean pretty far into the Ai thing. I'd recommend looking at https://software.codidact.com/
