I think I (and many others) under value dates. It's about building trust and genuinely liking the person as well. I'm kinda not into "hookups" i.e. you meet someone on Grindr jerk each other off then never see each other again.

The anticipation, genuinely having a good time with whatever you're doing, then you can't keep your hands off each other in the car/uber/bus home. I used to have that with my gf, not really anymore unfortunately :/
