Isn't this an inevitable truth of all 3+ body systems? We already know they're inherently unpredictable and so could fall apart in the not too distant future.
This article is just suggestion the Red Giant Sun will fuck up the outer plants too, which is not really a big deal wrt humanity because Earth will be a charred cinder ball long before then anyway.
