Reay Road is a train station on the Harbour/Branch line of the Mumbai local suburban rail network, operated by the Central Railways, Mumbai Division. The station was named after Lord Reay, Governor of Bombay between 1885 and 1890. It was opened to the public on 12th December 1910 by the Great Indian Peninsula Railway as the terminal of the Kurla-Reay line.

The line was later extended to Victoria Terminus (now Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus) in 1925, via Sandhurst Road and Dockyard Road, through an elevated rail corridor. It was also one of the first stations to be electrified in 1925.

The station building is a single-story grey building with pilasters, with the station name and "GIPR" (Great Indian Peninsular Railway) engraved outside the station building.

The railway station is classified as a Grade I Heritage Building, which puts it on the same list as CSMT, the Western Railway headquarters, Mumbai Central, Byculla Railway Station, and Bandra Railway Station, but unlike those railway stations, which are well preserved and accessible to the public (apart from certain offices), Reay Road Station has been left to rot -- an adjacent, newly redeveloped opened in 2025 was misaligned, blocking entry and exit access to the station and ticketing office and rendering the building unusable since its construction began in 2022.
