I did some digging, and it looks like this image is from an artist Ketzal Coatl (https://ketzal_coatl.darkroom.com/).

Unfortunately, they are not very clear on their process - some of their work looks like heavily edited photos and other pieces look like digital art.

As such, I would not take it as necessarily an accurate depiction of what a bat can do.

However, I will say that smaller bats are pretty light and could land/hang off larger flowers as they consume the pollen.
