Sounds like the DoE developed a way to extract uranium from sea water using some sort of polymer, and they are taking tech funding to "commercialize" it
Seeing is believing! It is also to be seen whether nuclear power is indeed the way ahead to solve humanity’s problems, banking on regenerative energy sources seems to be the more popular route in most countries. Probably because nuclear is NOT clean technology.
