They will not ask who benefits. They will ask how to comply.

The Depopulation Agenda and Its Class Character

The depopulation narrative is often dismissed as paranoia. This dismissal serves a purpose. The historical record of ruling-class population management is extensive and documented: from the eugenics movements of the early twentieth century, funded by the same philanthropic foundations that now shape AI governance, to the coercive sterilization programs carried out across the Global South under the banner of development.

It is a means of production, and like all means of production under capitalism, it is owned and controlled by the capitalist class. The question of what AI will do is therefore not a technical question but a political one: who owns it, who directs it, and in whose interest does it operate?

The search results reveal that AI is already being deployed as an instrument of cognitive warfare. Leaked documents from a Russian agency describe plans to manipulate search engines and AI chatbots by saturating the internet with cross-referencing disinformation. The goal is not merely to spread lies but to poison the epistemic commons so thoroughly that no reliable truth can be extracted. This is the "dead internet" made real: a closed loop of synthetic content referring only to itself, with the human subject reduced to a passive consumer of algorithmic output.

The Marxist-Leninist analysis of AI as a eugenics project is instructive here. The ideology of TESCREAL—Transhumanism, Extropianism, Singularitarianism, Cosmism, Rationalism, Effective Altruism, and Longtermism—is not a fringe philosophy. It is the ruling ideology of Silicon Valley, and it carries within it the explicit assumption that some lives are worth more than others. The "longtermist" focus on the far future is used to justify present-day sacrifice. If the survival of "humanity" (read: the ruling class and its technocratic appendages) requires the reduction of population to a manageable minimum, then any means are permissible.

The only question is whether we will be organized enough to stop them.
