the point is that the flavours, shapes, and colours are all mixed up, so an orange piece isn't likely to taste of orange, a yellow one isn't likely to be banana or lemon, etc.

Just looked this up. They’re still being sold so not “there was once” but “there is”.

Best eaten with a spork.
