It was only a matter of time. It sounds like the victim has been seriously messed up.

Shame on Ford and his capitulation to speeders.

As much as I want them to succeed this government has been including clauses in most of their laws saying they can't be sued. Hopefully a judge tosses that as obvious bullshit but I'm not hopeful.
