Billy Eyeless came to Wilderness Trail Wildlife Center in Kentucky after being found with severe trauma, including head cuts and permanent damage to both of his eyes.

Because he cannot survive in the wild without his sight, he was given a permanent home at the sanctuary and licensed as an official USDA educational animal.

That's one behemoth of an opossum! 😮

It's so sad that possums live such short lives. I hope Billy enjoys his time here.
