so happy to see this trainwreck fall apart. unlikely to vote any flavor of conservative myself, but I'm glad to see there's no place for MAGA-style politics in BC.

    It seems these conservative parties are often, in the very beginning, a core group of fiscally-right people who actively decide they will strike a devil's bargain with the social-right with the laughable intention that they could keep them in check.

    NDP is center-left, BC Liberals were center-right (later renamed to BC United, then didn't run last election), and the BC Conservatives are turning out to be far-right, which a lot of the former BC United who joined them are regretting.
