curious-marx Looks like China wants the whole chain to be open source with the RISC-V push, Alibaba's motivation for it was partly party directive/laws and also RISC-V has no licensing pricing so they can sell this much cheaper.

    i dont really fuck with the big datacenter models so i more or less stick to the local stuff when i want to mess around with ai and qwen 3.8 is actually pretty sick for a 27b model
