i bought a iphone 14 refurbished. it looks brand new and the battery life is at 86. the problem im facing is that the wifi is greyed out and i cant turn on the wifi. secondly the phone is not fully updated and wont even let me update it without the wifi. i tried to factory resetting it but its giving me a AkAuthentication Error which can be a result of time and date not properly set in my region or it can appear when im running older versions of ios. i get the feeling like it was a delibrate way to set my phone up. is there a fix to thid greyed out wifi problem or should i return the product on amazon
