Here is a script

  • "Do you have a judicial warrant signed by an Art 3 judge?" If yes, they'll just go in so it's probably a "No." If they say they do have a warrant, ask them to hold it up to the door to verify the address and person that it was issued against and the signature of a federal district judge or federal magistrate. Non-judicial warrants (perhaps form I-205) will be issued by immigration "judges". These people are not real judges and cannot issue a warrant that allows ICE to enter your premises without your consent.
  • If it's a no or they don't answer, you say "I don't speak to law enforcement without my attorney present. Please leave my property immediately".
  • If they refuse to leave, call the local cops and tell them that you have people claiming to be law enforcement (who are armed) at your front door and you have asked them to leave your property, and they have refused or refused to acknowledge your command and do not appear to have a judicial warrant.
  • Don't say anything else to the people at your door or any other law enforcement.
  • Call your lawyer immediately after getting off with local law enforcement.

This is great, but I always have two questions for things like this.

  1. How am I supposed to know if the judge who signed is the "right" kind of judge?
  2. "My lawyer?" Am I supposed to already have a lawyer on retainer or something?

    1. You probably won't
    2. The "your lawyer" thing is more of a colloquialism that means a lawyer you should provide yourself. Call your lawyer normally means find a lawyer to represent you if you don't already have one lined up or on payroll. Also, it should be noted that these fascist intentionally move people to different states where an abductee's lawyer probably isn't able to practice. So in this situation it is better to use a national lawfirm or advocacy group like the following

Because they are too bog of a chicken to try this shit in states with Castle laws. If the cared about immigrants they would be focused on Texas like the plague but they won't because they will be legally shot for this shit.

ICE is active in Indiana, the only state where castle/stand your ground specifically allows citizens to shoot police who are acting unlawfully.

So it's probably not that blunt. But definitely selective enforcement is part of the plan.

That loud fucking knocking, man. Last I heard it was when I was taking a shower like, couple years ago. Got out, fuckin cop at my door. I answer in a godamn towel. He says "How long have you lived here?"

I say, "Uh, like 5 years?"

    "And who owns the property?"

I tell him the name of the guy I'm renting from.

"Uh, OK... is this ___ S Harbor St?"

    "No."

    "Oh, Ok"

Then he leaves. Dude was coming to evict someone at some property, and got the wrong address.

That same month cops shot a dude in my town. That house pictured? I bicycle past it like everyday, man. Makes me think, did they need to shoot him? Were they even arresting the right person at the right house? What if I was biking past at that time, would they have shot me?

Police in the U.S. get 3 months of training before they start walking the streets with a badge and a gun.

    1. fucking. months.

come to think of it, the cop looked a lot like This one.

When ice tossed all those chicago homes without warrants is when I started protesting. Such a flagrant violation of the constitution and americans sit on the side lines or worse support it. When congress did not impeach within a few months is when I could no longer accept any kind of discourse that treats the republican party as being legitimate. Also any that want to say dems and republicans are the same. yeah there are endless problems with democrats but republicans abandoned the common document that defines the country.

No one is saying that the Democrats and Republicans are the same. What we're saying is that the Democrats allegience to the ruling class puts them in a position that makes them unable to deal with fascism, and the result is that their function as a political party is to defang otherwise radically leftist movements.

Joe Biden spent a record amount on ICE camps while the threat of fascism was obviously clear.

Biden continued building Trump's border wall.

Joe Biden sat on his ass for 4 years and refused to prosecute Trump.

Democrats sat with their thumbs up their butts while Merrick Garland got flogged for scotus, and then turned around to immediately confirm Barrett.

Obama not only discovered Tom Homan, but awarded him with a medal when Homan devised a plan to separate migrant children from their parents at detention centers.

Every single dem senator voted to confirm Marco Rubio, who has obviously been one of the biggest champions of "immigration enforcement.

Democrats capitulated during the multiple government shutdowns.

Democrats blatantly shafted Bernie in 2016, and all but guaranteed Trump's ascension.

Democrats refused to pull Biden out of the race and all but assured Trump's second term.

Kamala promised to build the world's most lethal military during an active genocide

Democrats, during a period of blistering inaction, rushed into action to censure Al Greene when he was rude.

Establishment yes, but there are others and their number is growing. The old guard can do little to stop it at this point.

I lost hope after Obama turned out to be an establishment Dem and the DNC pushed Bernie out. This system is intentionally designed to prevent meaningful change. The latter requires Civil War-like opposition.

We are screaming at Dems to campaign on abolishing ICE. The best they can do is ICE reform. ICE came into existence after Bush jr. and is clearly able to be turned into the president's personal paramilitary group. All this is to say: the Dems are also responsible.

there is a difference with direct and obviously violating the constitution and doing something that is not so great within the powers they have.

much better. obama care was half a loaf but im glad to have it. republicans change it to make it worse and if became worse fast. biden did the no surprise billing that improved it greatly. the infrastructure bill was a good bill. many things biden did were very good. we acted sanely under obama. I mean even junior did the wierdo massaging of the german chancelors shoulders. Yes. it is one side is batshit crazy and the other is not super great but acts sanely.
