Legend. Rest in peace, El Tel

Some of my fondest memories as an England fan came under Venables. I think a sometimes under appreciated name of the English game.

My first Leeds match was his last as our manager so this feels a bit of an odd one for me.

RIP Terry. Good manager, seemed a decent lad.

Oh, shit. I was born in 86, so he was the first England manager I remember at a major competition (Euro 96).

Rest in peace fella, a big name of the British game. All the best to his family and friends.

As a kid born in 1990, my first proper England manager and a Boro legend. RIP

Thanks for Euro 96 and making us believe again Terry. Should put the England 4 Holland 1 game on as tribute this evening. RIP Sir

Euro 96 was first memory as an England fan at a major tournament

Really was a special time in the country. We were a gazza stud away from beating the Germans

RIP
