My watch updated and I am so confused. I had a separate face for my movement- I would go there & start a workout that way. It isn’t letting me have a separate face with this update. How are y’all starting a workout?

I meant how do I add the second face on this update so I can start a workout that way. I’ve never went thru apps to start a workout
