Who could have seen this coming?
"Social Engineering" is a well known attack vector in cyber security. I can recommend "The Art of Deception" by Kevin Mitnick (or just read his wikipedia page, it's wild).
Moderation and support teams are one of the most difficult and expensive problems in running social media platforms.

I've seen a video about an AI company trying out an AI-managed vending machine. It went as well as you would expect. Fun for employees to explore and hack, of course.
