Roll a Nat 20 and get hyper focus and your spell is 10x more powerful, it last 2x as long, can't be broken by damage but you cannot cast any other spells for the duration of the spell.
You see, I was trying to cast concentration, but I was also overstimming by skim-reading about 3 to 5 different materials at the same time (as god intended), so I grabbed concatenation by mistake.

Pro tip: the multiple of ten dosages (10, 20, etc) tend to go out of stock faster as psychiatrists' brains like round numbers as much as anyone else's. Since I've switched to 25mg and my wife to 15mg, we've only run into stocking issues maybe twice a year.
