At this rate, our next CL game will probably be played with youth players - on both sides.
We have 1 good youth player and 2 maybe 3 semi-ok players at the moment. Probably we will have Ritchie at LB or some shit at this point.

Ritchie is not in the CL squad mate so he can't play.
Give it 10 years and you'll have a production line like Chelsea and City. North east is a hotbed of footballing talent, soon you'll have the academy and infrastructure to make the most of it

I think we might be able to ride the wave with home games but man those away games are going to be tough. I feel bad for Eddie/the lads that they're not able to field stronger teams, but it just makes results like Man Utd/Palace/Burnley all the more impressive.
I don't have the FTs to get botman and burn out in 2 successive weeks...
