Idaho was one of the states to roll back abortion rights after the US Supreme Court overturned the Roe decision in 2022. That’s not to say abortion rights are unpopular in Idaho—60 percent of voters favor them—but Idaho Republicans have total control of state government…

…That leaves voters the option of citizens initiative…and barring any further Republican attempts to scupper the initiative, voters are likely to restore abortion rights in November.

1: voters restore abortion rights by ballot measure 2: idaho 3: voters vote in republicans again 4: republican legislature undoes ballot measure immediately, re-removing abortion rights 5: think piece about how voters wanting a policy has little correlation with whether the legislature does it, blames capitalist wizard ghosts

    I live in Idaho and your exactly right. Hell we voted in term limits for senators and congress and they immediately overturned it next session. Then of course the dumbfucks voted in the same people. I fucking hate humans

    They're slow to discover that sisters and brothers and fathers and daughters and mothers and sons fucking might not produce the 'super race' after all.

    Fucking state full of idiot mutants. I'd say they were the worst but there's always Alabama to consider.
