I meditate and I want to turn on a mindful minute session when I start meditating and end it when I’m done.

The apps I’ve tried all have presets like 15 / 30 min but I just want an open ended one, with unlimited time.

I want to start it from my Watch and not log them after wards in the health app

They are unguided so the app has to be free, it’s just simple a simple start stop session which logs to apple health.

Bonus if it also monitors some data like heart rate

Any suggestions?

I wonder if Streaks can do it. I know it writes to your mindful minutes
