It’s not appropriate. The US didn’t not intervene because they felt bad for Cuba, they did it because the stakes were too high for them. “Russia breaks US oil blockade on Cuba” would be a much more honest title.

I think I read somewhere that pre-blockade imports were 100k barrels per day, so with rationing you would think that they could stretch these 650k barrels 2 weeks or longer
