House Bill 752 criminalizes trans bathroom use in all private businesses with severe penalties.

While passing it, Republicans argued trans people won't be harmed because they don't exist.

It now heads to the governor's desk, where it is expected to be signed into law.

    Bets on this getting struck down by the Supreme Court? Follows the exact same logic as the Colorado cake company that refused to serve a gay couple. Private businesses get to do what they want.

    I'm scared. It doesn't go into effect until the summer. The bill itself uses the term, "biological sex" which isn't defined within the bill itself. I guess I have to read the Idaho code now.
