Personally I haven't had any issues like one or two little ingrowns after the first few times but as you keep doing it your hairs get thinner and thinner. I have a facial exfoliant that I use down on my bits every now and then and just keep things clean and moisturize! I used to just shave as well but waxing is a game changer, having weeks of clean shave feel is awesome. I do recommend skipping the front pubic area though cause that is the most painful and likely to get irritated, that part I just trim short. If you plan to wax your butt too that whole area is the easiest of it all, barely hurts IMO.

Its not bad at all to be honest. First time is the worst and then I'd you keep on schedule and keep waxing its not bad. Hair gets really fine and I also avoid the pubic area as that hurts the most.
