generally that's what i use sick days for. sometimes i'm just too goddamned wiped to force myself to work. it doesn't help that slack and email are always on and anyone can ping at any goddamn time so even when you're off the clock you're not really.

    This is why I've taken to perpetually muting my notifications - if you wanna reach me about work, do it during work hours.

    I second this. Working in IT apparently means you don't deserve to step away from your job. I use some automation on my phone to disable my work profile at 17:00 and I haven't looked back. Do Not Disturb is also your friend if you can't do something like that! You can set it so loved ones or certain apps can cut through it.

    By the ruling capital of America who had a significant role as well as mainly England in creating it. Don't forget the vast, white christian support too! Nazis helped them out a bit in the Haavara agreement as well.
