Dictators are always afraid of their own people.
And dictators are installed by the uber wealthy and sometimes are a product of imperialism and foreign influence. Really, what we should be focusing on is the inner circle and the ultra-wealthy. These are the people that actually call the shots. A dictatorship is just there to create kind of like a brand and a environment of fear. Dictators aren't actually in charge. So, who is really scared? Those with all the wealth. Pigs get fed, Hogs get slaughtered.

I don't understand why protestors would even show up in Washington DC during the fascist parade like is being implied in the article.
The union protests and social unrest currently underway are not really related to Trump's authoritarian birthday bash except for how the media paints them as a "warm up".
Protesters would be better served popping up all over the country except in Washington DC during their synchronized goose stepping contest.
Trump's parade was so limp dicked. No one fucking showed up, and his little bitch face was about to cry. You could see it when they zoomed in. And this makes it glaringly obvious that all he's doing is pissing away money. Also, the people in charge, like the people in charge, know that we're not going to win any of these wars he's trying to start. If they start a draft, this would be the time to overthrow the government. You might even have some right wingers on your side. At the end of the day, it's about material conditions and not so much dogma. I'm not confused of my position in the hierarchy.
It's like theyre trying to turn right wingers; i genuinely could not fuck up worse if i was allowed to play their side for them.
