  • Seems like an abject failure to uphold the oath he took to the constitution which says they all must get a trial. Shame the law doesn't matter.

  • What if, stay with we, we just removed due process. I mean, we've already dropped habeas corpus thanks to the GWOT and Gitmo (20 people still there uncharged going on 24 years).. in fact why have a legal system at all?

    Gas chambers come after "we can't afford a bullet for everyone we want disenfranchised from interference of fascism (or tourists accused of trading housework for lodging) without due process"
