The car analogy is one of my favorite analogies to use when explaining trans stuff to people. It doesn't get too deep into the dysphoria part, but it helps explain the goals.

the way i first saw it told he's still a womanizer but he's super supportive of gays and trans women because hey, more babes for duke!
i've yet to hear his opinion on trans men, but i'm assuming it would be "good job, king"
