Is there a way to resume your feed if you go to Communities? (lemmy.world)

Sorry if this is the wrong place but I haven’t been able to find an answer.

If you are browsing (all, local…) and go to your subscribed communities, is there a way to resume where you were or is it always a refresh?

Edit: iOS mobile to be specificish

I'm on Android and this happens to me all the time. I figured i was just missing the secret combo to return to my feed. (It's been over a year and i still haven't figured it out lol)
