Why not make the community?
Not sure I’d want to moderate it, and I don’t think my instance allows random communities.
Don’t worry about moderation until it gets popular enough to require moderation
Alternatively, you can post in other communities. Maybe in a common format?

Some possible community types
- !asklemmy@lemmy.world for discussion generating questions
- !casualconversation@lemm.ee for similar
- !buyitforlife@slrpnk.net or !buyitforlife@sh.itjust.works for product recommendations
etc.
Then finally you can compile a list of posts somewhere so you can have it all in one place
You could totally create a new community too, but I think it will take more work to get something like this off the ground. The moderators might be posting a lot of the content early on
