It’s interesting how this “European” map excludes Ukraine with its 93.3% home ownership, yet it includes Russia.

    I think gathering reliable data in Ukraine these days might be hard due to some events in the last years.

    A lot of Eastern European countries had relatively cheap home privatization schemes in the 90s, so I am not surprised.

    What's the definition of owning the home? I assume that even if 85% of the value is a bank loan, it still counts?
