    If you want to take down western led neoliberalism and capitalism, you have more power inside the belly of the beast. That said, you can still support it wherever you go too

    I specifically will not. If my options are teaching English in China or here in the US the power level is way in favor of over there. Whatever resources I will aquire will be more useful that way, and by contributing to society over there I can be assured my taxes aren't going directly to genocide

    Right, there are a litany of kid unfriendly things about the US. That's where the urgency needed to actually put myself on a track to get out of here came from. Now I gotta get a stable relationship here (and it's not looking good in like two months) or become the cringe single expat
