Title says it all!? I'm a reddit refuge and picked this instance because it's A) Canadian (I'm in MN, so consider myself an honorary Canadian), and B) The clean energy thing.

Applied to Beehaw but never heard back. Dittos on Lemmy.ML!

So hoping this is going to be a great "home" away from Reddit for the foreseeable future.

Hard agree, I started with beehaw, saw that it has an application process, and I didn't even bother.

The fact that they defederated from this instance says a lot about them too.

    Exactly. I've got an account there, but i view it as basically useless now.

    They're way too uptight about a lot of shit to be an open forum of discussion.
