Is there a form I fill out to get my time back? Is it a separate form to reclaim lost brain cells?

    Yes, but the form is just as convoluted and equally a waste of time

    You've actually already filled it out. The problem is that the form only allows you to regain the time you spent filling out the form...

    Besides that this was actually funny, I wish I could get my time back for filling out any official forms and documents. Could take a nice long vacation in that time...
