I don't think it really matters if a child was born in prison or not, as long as the sanitary and medical conditions were proper (that is - in the prison's infirmary and not into the cell's toilet). Growing up in prison is a different matter, which no child should be subjected to, but here it says her father took her and raised her outside. permalink fedilink source parent
