A few hundred Cs. For a few weeks my hand looked like that nazi guy from raiders of the lost ark, seared into a grasp shape. It was fairly painful. Luckily no scars. Glad you're healed. We have an unwritten rule in the house that anything in the kitchen that's hot from the oven gets a towel or mitt thrown over it, but I should have known better than to assume.
