For those who didn't read the article:

Palworld devs used generative AI in the past and think it's a really good tool
There is no proof that AI was used to create Pals even though that wouldn't even be illegal or anything
Pals are very clearly derivative of Pokemon since that was the entire inspiration

That's literally it, this is just AI ragebait.
