    Even before Stable Diffusion or other publicly available AI generators, there was https://www.thispersondoesnotexist.com which generates a random photo of a human every time you reload the page.

    the text on paper is pretty important. Before the new tech you'd still need to have decent photoshop skills to make it work (or pay someone to do it for you)

    .. and come to think of it, with photoshop you could just find a real picture of some random person holding paper and change the text
