For me, a session starts with like an hour long shower, doing a deep clean (mostly because I enjoy it, not cause it's truly necessary) and doing some body shaving and just getting nice and relaxed. I usually then get some level of dressed up (cage at a minimum), and then I get started fucking myself. I built a dildo mount rig that's basically a pillar that I can adjust the angle on from horizontal to vertical with a padded base for me to kneel on. A session usually goes like 40-90 minutes, but my longest has been like 4 hours. I wear the cage because I'll lose my self control and want to cum early in, but that kills the horny and ruins the session. I personally find the difference between a good session and a great one is all in my headspace. Getting dressed helps with that, I usually do thigh highs and arm warmers at least. Making cute moans and whimpers helps too. I also usually read erotica while I'm going, half to fuel the fantasy and half because my adhd brain can't just do one thing at a time, no matter how great it is.
