Going to be without my phone a lot soon and I’m getting an Apple Watch series 9, the only plan I have available has only 1gb of data available. Also, I’ve seen some posts lately saying that watchtube severs are starting to come back up

How come? When I open the app I have a message from the dev saying the app is discontinued
