Looking for an alternative to the fitness device I wear now. How does an Apple Watch react to cold weather? Meaning as low as -10° C?

I run shirtless in the cold so my watch isn’t covered by anything. I have issues with the battery dying at 30% in cold weather. Especially if cellular is on.
