Just get a 30 rack and knock some balls around with a couple of friends, and then go home drunk and yell at the TV until you fall asleep in the fourth inning
Baseball is the best sport to play, get to hit shit with a bat, get to throw an object appropriately shaped and weighted to be thrown, and you don't have to run that much compared to like soccer.
