Looking for an alternative to the fitness device I wear now. How does an Apple Watch react to cold weather? Meaning as low as -10° C?

I’ve never had any issues with mine and we frequently get anywhere from 0 to -45°C through the winter. Of course not outside much in that frigid weather but I’ve done -30°C no problems.
