Well, me and my family was in a car crash today. We are fine, nobody got seriously hurt, no broken bones, nothing thank god. We didnt pass out or anything, but my Apple watch instantly detected the crash and wanted to call 112 (emergency services) but we didnt need it. If we wouldve had a worse crash i think it would have saved my and my familys life today. This is why its worth the couple extra bucks for the apple tbh.

Sounds like the vehicle you were in saved your lives. The watch was just a follow-up. Let's test this theory. Walk in front of a speeding car and see if your watch will save your life. 🤣
