Regarding Dunk booking, Taylor gave him yellow card for something (unsure what he said, but he as a captain should be allowed to oppose), then a direct red card without a second yellow. Did I missed a second time when he's showed him the second yellow?

If not, that's just a pathetic refereeing, direct red card for a captain after a simple discussion for a questionable penalty?
