That's it. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 5 child comments replies: [–] MeanEYE@lemmy.world 8 points 2 years ago You mean the old game when Ubisoft use to be a name to respect? In the era when Activision and Interplay were some of the best development companies and had awesome games instead of ruining franchises. Yeah sure. Rayman was cool. permalink fedilink source parent [–] Weirdfish@lemmy.world 6 points 2 years ago Ubisoft made splinter cell, farcry 2, ghost recon, and rocksmith. They did a lot of good things over the years. Problem is, they've changed. permalink fedilink source parent [–] interceder270@lemmy.world 4 points 2 years ago They made a lot of good games back in the day. Ubisoft used to be known for their quality, and they still have a lot of very talented developers under their belt. The problem, as usual, is management and players with low standards. The talented developers don't get to do more because players are willing to accept less. So that's what management tells them to do. The key is to have higher standards, but nobody wants to admit they got suckered into buying or liking shit. permalink fedilink source parent [–] dan1101@lemm.ee 3 points 2 years ago (1 child) Anno, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Asscreed Black Flag, Far Cry 3. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 1 child comment replies: [–] lorez@lemm.ee 0 points 2 years ago None even remotely interests me. permalink fedilink source parent
