They KNOW they’re spam calls. They KNOW the uncheckmarked numbers are not valid. So why the hell do they let these calls through? Anyone know?

I have not lived in CT for 15 years but have a 203 number. If I get a call from any of those area codes I know for sure it’s a fucking scam.
