When are carriers going to intercept these calls and prevent them from coming to us??? (alien.top)

They KNOW they’re spam calls. They KNOW the uncheckmarked numbers are not valid. So why the hell do they let these calls through? Anyone know?

Apple added a setting in iOS 17 that lets you block calls that the carrier marks as spam, but unfortunately it doesn’t actually work. It worked for maybe two beta builds over the summer, then it stopped and Apple hasn’t bothered to fix it.
