Is there a way to block add's in app's like Youtube on Apple TV? So yes, how?

The only way to do this is to use an iPad, iPhone or desktop mac which can use the Brave browser or similar which has effective adblocking against YouTube ads.

You then need to use Screen Mirroring to display it on your Apple TV and view YouTube that way.
