iPhone was sitting in a little puddle of water and I’m seeing a line of water in the screen. My screen also has vertical orange lines all the way through and I can barely see what I’m doing on my phone, but it still works fine. When I lock and unlock my phone the lines go away but slowly appear back after about 10 seconds. Need advice!!!

Let's say I didn't back up my phone and it won't turn on now. If I go get a new iPhone today, can't we just transfer SIM cards?
